About Arkansas Pelvic Health

At Arkansas Pelvic Health, you will be paired one-on-one with a doctorate of physical therapy or occupational therapy, never a tech or computer. You will never be rushed and your pain and symptoms will be validated. We’re tired of doing things like they've always been done, and we’re tired of women's pain being ignored. We practice evidence-based, patient-centered, compassionate care to get you lasting relief from your pelvic symptoms, and get you back to living your life!

Beth Anne Travis, PT, DPT, PRPC

Co-owner, Pelvic Floor Therapist

Beth Anne Travis graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Lipscomb University in 2011 and with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Harding University in 2014. She completed her PRPC in 2016. Beth Anne spends her free time with her husband Chris, a Controller/CPA, and her three babies: Samuel, born in 2018, Charlotte, who was born and adopted in 2019, and Emma, born in 2021. Her three young children keep Beth Anne very busy, but when she can squeeze in some free time, she enjoys working out, hiking, and baking the best chocolate and coconut pies you’ve ever eaten.

Bethany Blake, PT, DPT, PRPC

Co-owner, Pelvic Floor Therapist

Bethany Blake graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Harding University in 2011 and with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Harding in 2014. She completed her specialty certification in 2019. Bethany is married to Stephen who is also a physical therapist, with whom she has three babies: Avery, who was born when Bethany was in the doctoral program in 2013, Ezra, born in 2016, and the newest little guy, Oakley born in 2019. When she’s not working, she loves traveling, reading, and cans the best pickles you’ve ever tasted.

Owners Bethany and Beth Anne are both Certified Pelvic Floor Specialists. The Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) is awarded to therapists who have completed 2000 hours of direct patient care involving the pelvic floor and pelvic girdle, and pass the exam. The PRPC is the only certification of its type - one that recognizes both men’s and women’s pelvic health throughout the life cycle. There are less than 250 certified pelvic rehabilitation specialists in the United States.
